Gymtowne Gymnastics Coastside

Policies & FAQ

Our Policies

  • All students and participants (e.g. parents assisting with Rug Bug classes) are required to read and sign a Waiver Agreement prior to stepping on the gym floor.

  • Absences reported through your Customer Portal or via the front desk are automatically issued a Makeup Token. Makeup Tokens will be administered only for classes that were able to operate.

Makeup Tokens are offered as a courtesy and are available to redeem during an active enrollment until your last day enrolled.

Ideally, students come to a class of the same level within a week of their missed class. This allows them to work on the lesson of the week.

Makeup Tokens cannot be used in place of tuition. Tokens can only be used during an active enrollment and never expire.

Makeup Tokens are non-transferable to other students and cannot be redeemed for any financial value.

To redeem a Makeup Token, please email info@gymtownecoastside.com to schedule your makeup class.

Once a makeup is scheduled it cannot be rescheduled, made up if missed, or issued a new Makeup Token.

  • Classes are billed every four (4) weeks. Billing statements are distributed by the 15th of each month, and tuition is charged around the 25th of each month.

If you sign up for classes in the middle of a billing cycle, your first month’s tuition will be prorated.

All tuition is on auto payment unless otherwise arranged. If there is a problem with your statement or you need to make special payment arrangements, please contact the office immediately.

Late payments are subject to a $10 late charge.

Students will not be allowed to participate if the account is 15 days past due.

  • Gymtowne offers a 15% discount for each additional family member after the first gymnast's registration.

Team program gymnasts are not included in the discount.

  • Gymtowne is not obligated to give refunds and does not pro-rate any of its' programs for absences.

If you are unhappy with the program during your first month, you may contact management for an appropriate refund.

If you decide to discontinue classes, it is your responsibility to notify our office no later than the 15th of the month prior to the date you wish to stop. If you fail to do this, you will be charged until we are notified.

  • If you need to cancel your registration, you must notify the office at least two weeks prior to the first day of camp in order to refund your registration deposit.
