Teen/Adult Gymnastics

Develop strength, flexibility and body awareness in a supportive, non-competitive environment. Whether you’re looking to revisit your gymnastic skills or just want to try a new activity to stay fit, this is a fun workout! No previous gymnastics experience is required.

One 1-hour class weekly

Build strength, learn technique, and have fun with our newest class for teens & adults!

Strength & Conditioning is not a gymnastics class – anyone who’s looking for a fun way to stay active is welcome to join. All experience levels welcome.

Class Format:

  • Cardio warm-up

  • Rotating Stations to target specific muscle groups (planks, wall sits, etc.)

  • Cool down
